Leroy is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and an Associate at Amin & Co. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Nairobi with a Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. He holds a Master of Laws degree in Commercial Law from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
Leroy’s main areas of practice include corporate and commercial law focusing on the incorporation of all forms of companies, preparation of commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, NDA’s, restructuring of companies, legal due diligence, and commercial dispute resolution.
